En la empresa de reparación frigorífico Indesit donde trabajo estoy muy contento y me siento muy valorado. Esto es algo que me he ido ganado con el paso del tiempo. Atrás quedaron los tiempos de mi formación profesional y mis primeras experiencias en el sector. A veces trabajando a tiempo parcial como ayudante en otros sitios hasta que poco a poco fui cogiendo la suficiente experiencia como técnico de esta especialidad. De ayudante hasta donde estoy, he tenido que ir subiendo unos cuantos escalones profesionales. Hasta que me surgió la oportunidad de poder incorporarme a esta empresa líder del sector. No fueron fáciles los comienzos como tampoco hacerme un hueco en la empresa donde estoy.

Para poder acceder a una plaza en la plantilla de reparación frigorífico Indesit, tuve que competir con otros candidatos. Además nos sometieron a entrevistas, pruebas técnicas y también prácticas. Al final nos preseleccionaron a otro y a mí. Aun así no estaba todo hecho, nos harían un contrato de prueba a los dos para terminar de quedarse solo uno. Al principio nos asignaron lo que se dice un supervisor al que acompañaríamos en los servicios de reparación a domicilio. Ellos nos evaluarían en la forma de desenvolvernos en el trato con el cliente, la manera de valorar las averías y la rapidez y profesionalidad con que las acometeríamos.
