Si os escribo esto es para que sepáis el nivel de exigencia de esta empresa de reparación frigorífico Siemens. Exigen a sus empleados lo mejor, porque los clientes merecen lo mejor. Por fortuna entre a formar parte de la plantilla como os decía al principio. Se me exigiría mucho pero también aprendería mucho. Y por fin estaba en una empresa líder del sector con la consiguiente remuneración. Sabía que era el salto más importante de mi carrera profesional como técnico del sector y no estaba dispuesto a perder esta oportunidad. Además la empresa nos ofrece cursos de formación y reciclaje periódicamente.

En la empresa de reparación frigorífico Siemens contamos con un buen ambiente de trabajo, lo que ayuda a que todos demos lo mejor de nosotros mismos. Tenemos un jefe de técnicos que es un atentico profesional como la copa de un pino. Fue el primer técnico que ficho la empresa en sus comienzos. Conoce bien la filosofía y compromiso con la que hay que trabajar. Es tan exigente como también paciente. De él se puede aprender mucho. Basta con escucharlo y poner atención para saber lo que él y la empresa espera de nosotros. Que es lo que cada uno de nuestros clientes espera de la empresa. Estoy feliz y me siento afortunado de poder estar entre los operarios de la plantilla, es a lo que siempre aspire y ya lo tengo.
